7 Day Replacement Policy
1. This item is eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item delivered to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, the defective / damaged item will be eligible for a refund.
2. Please keep the item in its original condition, with the undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
3. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
4. Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
5. Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.
